H.E. Alhaji Mohammed Abubakari Manaf is a retired management staff member of the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority, where he served with dedication and distinction, rising through the ranks to become Chief Revenue Officer. A proud alumnus of the University of Ghana, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Sociology, reflecting his strong interest in organisational leadership and human relations.

Beyond his career in public service, H.E. Alhaji Manaf is celebrated for his contribution to Ghanaian football. He represented the nation as a member of the Black Stars, Ghana’s senior national football team, and also featured for the National Under-23 side. His dual achievements in both public administration and sports stand as a testament to his discipline, dedication, and commitment to national service.
