Benin’s Foreign Minister, Olushegun Adjadi Bakari, received, on Monday, November 10, 2025, the figurative copies of the letters of credence of the new Ambassador of Ghana to Benin, H.E. Alhaji Mohammed Abubakari Manaf.

The two personalities discussed ways to strengthen the bonds of friendship and partnership between the two countries, particularly in the economic, security, and cultural fields.

Minister Adjadi Bakari praised the quality of bilateral relations and expressed Benin’s readiness to work with Ghana to consolidate common achievements. The Ghanaian diplomat reaffirmed his country’s willingness to continue the already existing momentum of cooperation between the two neighboring nations.
